I joined RBC as an Associate in the Leadership Development Program and now work as a Senior Manager in Strategic Design and Execution. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution, with a focus on solving complex operating problems and translating ambiguity into structured, scalable outcomes.

I moved to Toronto to pursue my MBA at the University of Toronto, a transition that broadened my perspective on leadership, business, and the kind of work I wanted to build my career around.

At PwC Bangalore, I worked in finance effectiveness consulting, supporting transformation initiatives that brought together process design, controls, stakeholder alignment, operating models, and operational improvement. I left in March 2021 to pursue my MBA in Toronto.

I began my career as an articled assistant in statutory audit and later progressed to Senior Associate. This period built my foundation in rigor, accountability, and structured problem-solving, while giving me early experience in managing workstreams, developing judgment, and building trust with teams and clients.
